If you are required to provide a bank statement to confirm a withdrawal, please refer to the following steps for your chosen deposit method:
Bank Transfer
- Login to the Axi Client Portal.
- Navigate to the "Funds" tab and click on “Bank Account.”
- Select “New Account.” NOTE: You must add your bank account before applying for a withdrawal because the account needs to be verified first.
- Once your bank account has been added, you’ll be prompted to upload a copy of your bank statement for verification.
- To upload, click “Browse Files,” select the file from your device, then click “Upload”, followed by “Save.”
