Additional information for credit / debit card withdrawals

If you have made multiple deposits into your Axi account using different payment methods, your withdrawals will be processed back through the payment method used for each deposit.

For example: You made a credit card deposit of $100 using Card A, then a $600 deposit using Card B. You now want to withdraw the full $700 from your account, so you make a withdrawal request via the Axi Client Portal. We will process these withdrawals back to the original cards in the following way:

  1. A $100 withdrawal will be processed back to Card A, then
  2. A $600 withdrawal will be processed back to Card B.

Please note: All withdrawals will be returned to the original deposit source used to fund your trading account.

Profits can be returned using another available method.

Credit Card Refund

Please note that the timeframe for receiving a credit card refund is 5-7 business days, although it may vary depending on your bank. If your bank is unable to locate the refunded amount on your card after 7 business days, an ARN code can be provided.

IMPORTANT: Since this is a refund process, you must inform the bank that the ARN is related to a refund, not a bank transfer. Banks may not be able to trace the funds if they mistakenly process the ARN as an international bank transfer.
