Start Tour
This option lets you take a tour around the Axi Client Portal to learn how it works and the available features.
FAQ
This tool provides a shortcut to the Axi Help Center. You can use it to redirect yourself directly to the Help Center and find answers to common problems.
Submit a Request
You can effortlessly submit various requests directly within the client portal with this option, eliminating the need to navigate away. The available request categories include General, Trade Investigation, Deposit and Withdrawal Enquiry, and VPS Application Form.
Upon selecting an option, you will be prompted to provide additional details about the case, along with essential information such as your email address and MT4 account. This ensures that the submitted request is comprehensive and facilitates a more thorough resolution process.
Open and Closed Requests
This feature displays a list of all open and closed requests you have made e.g., requesting a new sub-account.
Please note: If you have questions about a request that is currently being processed, please wait until it has been completed – you will receive an email notification. If you still need help, please contact our Client Services team for help.

The support option redirects you to the Contact Us page. Use the details on this page to contact our Client Services team via your preferred communication channel.
