Can I resolve or raise a complaint externally?

In addition to our internal dispute resolution procedure, you may refer the complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Of The Republic of Cyprus (FO). FO is an independent service in Cyprus established by the Government for settling disputes between businesses providing financial services to their customers.

FOS will decide after reviewing your complaint and all relevant issues. FO has the authority to resolve the complaint, and Axi will be bound by their determination. Should you decide to utilise FO, you can do so free of charge.
