What is an Inactive / Archived Account?
Archived Accounts are trading accounts that have been inactive for more than six months, with no trading activity or deposits.
Once an account is archived, it cannot be accessed through the Client Portal, deposits and withdrawals cannot be made, and trades cannot be made through the MT4 platform.
IMPORTANT: Axi reserves the right to your account without further notice to you if your Account has a zero balance and has been inactive (no trades) for a period of 24 months or more. For more information, please read our Product Schedule.
Can my account be archived with funds in it?
Yes, your trading account can be archived even if it has a positive account balance. Funds in an archived trading account will not be available for withdrawal unless the account is restored to its active state. To request account reactivation, please contact our Client Services team for help.
Reactivating archived accounts (Live accounts only)
Archived trading accounts can only be reactivated if there is a positive balance showing in the account. To request account reactivation, please contact our Client Services team for help.
