Please note: For the security of your account, additional information may be requested.
What happens if I want to withdraw but my debit/credit card used for funding has expired/lost/stolen?
If your credit/debit card used for the initial deposit has reached its expiration date, the bank will issue a replacement card with identical details, except for the updated expiry date. Ensure to promptly update your credit/debit card information accordingly, following the abovementioned steps.
Additionally, it's important to be aware that even in cases where your card has expired, been lost, or stolen, as long as the associated bank account remains active, the withdrawal process will proceed without any complications. Funds will return to the original deposit source.
If you no longer have access to the original deposit source at all, please contact our customer support team.
Please note: For the security of your account, additional information may be requested.
