New Account after Old Account Archived/Inactive

Can I have an account with Axi after my account after my previous account has been archived?

Certainly, if you intend to continue trading with Axi, you can apply for a new account directly through our website.

Please be aware that you must use a new email address—one that has not been previously associated with Axi.

Additionally, we will need to close the existing archived account to proceed with the new account application. To initiate the account closure process, please get in touch with our Customer Support.

I initiated an account application with Axi a few months ago but did not complete it. Can I proceed with the application now?

If you began your account application within the last 6 months, there's no need to start a new application. You can simply resume from where you left off by resetting your password.
